Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery date is stated on the product page or agreed in the order confirmation, we deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, in accordance with §312d BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a EGBGB.

For large or made-to-order equipment such as containers, trailers and saunas, individual delivery windows and haulage arrangements apply and are confirmed with you before dispatch. If we are unable to meet an agreed delivery date, we will inform you promptly and, where required, offer a reasonable extension after which you may withdraw from the contract.

Shipping Costs

All shipping and delivery costs are shown before you place a binding order. Prices are stated as "inkl. gesetzl. MwSt., zzgl. Versand" (including statutory VAT, plus shipping) in accordance with the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV).

For oversized goods requiring freight or crane delivery, charges depend on destination and access conditions and are calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you or a person designated by you, in accordance with §446 and §475(2) BGB.

Please inspect the goods on delivery. Visible transport damage should be noted with the carrier where possible and reported to us promptly; this does not affect your statutory guarantee rights.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Europe and to selected EU destinations. Where delivery to a particular location is not possible or incurs additional cost, this is indicated during checkout before you order.
