These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts concluded between Steelhaul Co. ("Steelhaul Co.", "we") and the customer via our online shop. They are supplemented by our Returns, Shipping, Warranty, Payment and Privacy policies.

Scope and Contracting Party
Your contracting party is Steelhaul Co., Freiheitstraße 124/126, 15745 Wildau, Germany, email sales@steelhauleu.com, phone sales@steelhauleu.com. These terms apply in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§13 BGB). An entrepreneur acts in the exercise of their trade or profession (§14 BGB).
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, labelled "zahlungspflichtig bestellen" (order with obligation to pay) in accordance with the Button Solution under §312j BGB, you submit a binding offer.
We may accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance. Before submitting the order you can review all essential characteristics, the total price including all taxes and shipping, and correct input errors.
Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT and are stated plus shipping ("inkl. gesetzl. MwSt., zzgl. Versand"). Accepted payment methods and terms are set out in our Payment policy. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received (§449 BGB). For entrepreneurs, extended and prolonged retention of title provisions apply.
Right of Withdrawal and Guarantee
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in our Returns policy and the German-language Widerrufsbelehrung. Statutory guarantee rights (Gewährleistung) under §437 BGB apply as described in our Warranty policy and cannot be excluded for consumers.
In accordance with §36 VSBG, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
